Travel, Lodging, Health

Travel Arrangements: The reunion celebration is on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 6:00 pm.

A schedule of additional tentative events is listed under Activities to assist you with planning your travel should you reside outside the Los Angeles region.

Lodging:  Reunion guests will need to make their own hotel reservations. We recommend you book a hotel as EARLY as possible. Since room rates vary across the city, you may consider hotels in nearby communities such as Burbank, Glendale/Pasadena, North Hollywood, or the San Fernando Valley.

COVID Considerations (as of 8/30/22 subject to change):

At this time, all guests are welcome to attend regardless of vaccination status. We aim to host a healthy and safe event for everyone. Toward this goal, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the COVID-19 recommendations provided by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health.

Masks: The current guidelines recommend wearing masks indoors. Masks are recommended and optional.

Testing: We are asking all attendees to please take a COVID test prior to attending. Free antigens tests are available from multiple sources (Medicare, health providers, Public Health, etc.) so please order them now so you have them on hand. Please attend the reunion only if you are healthy and have a negative test result. Thank you.

Note: IF the status of COVID-19 changes requiring the hotel to postpone our event, we have a six-month window in which to reschedule.
